LXSEA did not begin with a grand plan.
It began with work.
1992
The Beginning
In 1992, CCLAM began a knitwear workshop in Hong Kong.
The idea was simple:
If something is worth making, it is worth making well.
There was no larger story yet.
Only the daily discipline of materials, machines, hands and responsibility.
2001
A New Generation
In 2001, SEAN and JASON joined the workshop.
SEAN came through technique and craft.
JASON came through production and quality.
Different paths, but the same work.
Over time, craft and quality became two sides of the same belief.
2013
The Dream Begins
In 2013, SEAN and JASON took responsibility for the workshop.
A different question began to emerge:
Can a maker begin to create lasting value of its own?
This was the beginning of the LXSEA dream.
Not a declaration.
A direction.
Today
Still Becoming
LXSEA is still becoming.
We do not believe meaningful work needs to be rushed.
Some things take years.
Some take generations.
The story remains unfinished.
